Política de reembolso

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

We do not accept returns for products that were not purchased from our in-stock inventory but were specifically ordered from the supplier's warehouse on behalf of the buyer.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it unused, undamaged, complete, in good condition and in their original packaging. The packaging must be intact. The appearance of the Goods and their packaging must be suitable for re-sale. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at info@gabbyelectric.com and specify which product you want to return, also the quantity, the date of purchase and the reason for return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not Europe, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging, with the receipt or proof of purchase. Return shipping costs for cancellations under this right are borne by the customer, as set out above. This right does not apply to business (B2B) purchases.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping Costs on Returns and Refused Deliveries

Who pays for return shipping depends on the reason for the return:

  • Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items - If the product is defective, was damaged in transit, or is not what you ordered, we cover all shipping costs in both directions.

  • Change-of-mind returns and withdrawals - If you return an item because you no longer want it (including under the EU 14-day right of withdrawal), the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Where we refund the original outbound delivery charge, the refund is limited to the cost of our standard delivery option; any extra paid for express or upgraded shipping is non-refundable.

  • Refused or unaccepted deliveries - If you refuse a correctly shipped package or fail to accept it from the carrier, the order is treated as a change-of-mind return. We will refund the price of the goods, but the original outbound shipping cost and any return-to-sender charge applied by the carrier will be deducted from your refund. We may also deduct for any reduction in the value of goods returned to us damaged, opened, or not in re-saleable condition.

  • Business (B2B) orders - Returns by business customers are accepted at our discretion. Unless the goods are faulty or incorrect, business customers bear all shipping costs in both directions, including any return-to-sender fees on refused deliveries.
