To purchase goods, the Buyer shall place an order by www.gabbyelectric.com or by e-mail info@gabbyelectric.com. If the buyer place an order by e-mail, then he will get invoice to pay with a secure checkout link.
By placing an order, the Buyer undertakes to pay the price of the goods and to accept the goods ordered.
An order confirmation shall be sent to the Buyer by e-mail after the order has been placed. If circumstances provided for in next paragraph are not established, the order shall be confirmed and executed.
The Company may refuse to execute an order if the Buyer fails to comply with all the terms and conditions of ordering the goods, the Company does not have the goods desired by the Buyer, the Buyer is in default of previous payment obligations to the Company, the Buyer is in default of any deferred payments for the goods in accordance with any previous agreements and/or orders between the Buyer and the Seller, or the Buyer’s indebtedness in respect of the goods delivered to the Buyer is in excess of the Buyer’s trade credit, and/or due to any other reasons as may be specified to the Buyer individually. The Buyer shall be informed as soon as possible of any such refusal to execute the order using the available contact details.
