This Modicon MCM safe RS485 bus expansion module for remote extension has 1 single channel transmitter / receiver network connection and is fitted with captive screw clamp terminals. It enables the connection of modular safety controllers type XPSMCMCP0802 and XPSMCMC10804 with the expansion modules placed at distances up to 50m (164ft.) using RS485 shielded cables.
