Dispatch

Orders for in-stock items are dispatched within 2 working days. Items not held in stock are ordered in, and we will confirm the lead time by email before dispatch. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once the order ships. Tracking becomes active after dispatch.

Delivery charges

Charges are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

  • Lithuania: EUR 3, free on orders of EUR 300 or more
  • Poland: EUR 13, free on orders of EUR 300 or more
  • United Kingdom: EUR 16, free on orders of EUR 300 or more
  • European Union: EUR 20, free on orders of EUR 300 or more
  • Switzerland and Norway: EUR 20, free on orders of EUR 300 or more
  • Cyprus: EUR 30
  • Canary Islands: EUR 40
  • Madeira and the Azores: EUR 80
  • Other European countries outside the EU: EUR 40
  • United States and Canada: EUR 50, free on orders of EUR 500 or more
  • South Africa: EUR 50
  • Middle East and Asia: EUR 60
  • North Africa: EUR 70
  • Central and South America: EUR 80

Import VAT, duties and customs charges outside the EU

Please read this if you are ordering to the UK, the USA or any other country outside the EU.

Our prices are shown without any import taxes. Goods are sent on a delivered at place basis, which means you are the importer and any import VAT, customs duty and carrier clearance fee are payable by you, not by us. These are not included in the amount you pay at checkout.

We cannot tell you the amount in advance. The rate, the customs valuation and the carrier's own clearance fee are set by the customs authority and the carrier in the destination country, and vary from shipment to shipment. Your carrier will invoice you directly, usually around the time of delivery.

For UK customers, this is UK import VAT at the standard rate, collected at the border instead of at the point of sale. If your business is VAT registered it is normally recoverable in the usual way, and your accountant can confirm this.
