The Schneider Electric A9L40200 is an Acti9 iPRD40 modular surge arrester (SPD), 2-pole, for 230V AC single-phase distribution networks. This Type 2 surge protection device uses pluggable metal-oxide varistor cartridges to divert transient overvoltages caused by indirect lightning and switching surges, protecting downstream equipment. A status flag indicates when a cartridge reaches end of life.
