- PUSH WIRE tool-free termination uses the conductor's stiffness to overcome the clamping spring's contact force - the fastest method for clamping conductors according to WAGO.
- Accepts solid aluminum conductors when used with WAGO Aluminum Contact Paste 249-130; derated nominal currents apply: 2.5 mm² = 16 A, 4 mm² = 22 A (not for use in North America).
- UL-certified to EN 60998 and ABS-approved for marine applications.
- RoHS-compliant with no exemptions; tin-plated electrolytic copper contacts.
Applications:
- Splicing solid conductors in domestic and commercial junction boxes (surface or flush-mounted).
- High-load circuits up to 32 A / 400 V in building installations.
- Marine electrical systems where ABS approval is required.
- Solid aluminum conductor terminations in junction boxes using WAGO Aluminum Contact Paste 249-130.
