This standalone processor is part of the Modicon M580 range, an offer of Programmable Automation Controllers (PAC) and safety Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) with built-in Ethernet. This product offers a maximum of 8 local rack configuration with up to 3072 discrete I/O channels and 768 analog I/O channels. The Modicon M580 automation platform complies with "TC" treatment requirements (treatment for all climates) and can operate in temperatures ranging from 0°C to +60°C/32°F to 140°F. It is equipped with 1 Ethernet port for service, 2 Ethernet ports (EtherNet/IP and Modbus TCP) for ring device network (Ethernet devices) and 1 USB type mini B for programming console. It has an integrated RAM of 12MB for program, 1024kb for data, 10kb for system memory and expandable flash of 4GB for data storage. This product is IP20 rated and offers 780710 hours of MTBF. The new grey design is applied for this module with a weight of 0.849kg and its new dimensions 64x130x135mm.
